Betül Oral graduated from Yeditepe University in 2021 with a major in Gastronomy and Culinary Arts and completed a double major in Nutrition and Dietetics. During her undergraduate education, she completed internships in multiple fields, including public health, sports nutrition, medical nutrition, and quality control. She also gained hands-on experience in professional kitchens and worked as a food stylist, further enriching her culinary expertise. These interdisciplinary experiences shaped her holistic perspective on food, health, and aesthetics. Currently, she works as a research assistant at Özyeğin University, Department of Hotel Management, while pursuing her master’s degree in Gastronomy and Culinary Arts at Bahçeşehir University in İstanbul. Her academic interests include healthy eating and sensory marketing.
