Dr. Zhiming Guois Professor of Food Artificial Intelligent in the School of Food and Biological Engineering at Jiangsu University, China. He holds an M.Phil. in food science and a Ph.D. in agricultural engineering. He is engaged in nondestructive sensing detection of food and agricultural product quality and intelligent monitoring of processing. He has published more than 130 peer-reviewed journal papers. He has led numerous national research projects in relation to the intelligent detection and control of agricultural and food.
