Dr Abdurrahman is a professor in climate and food systems with considerable experience and familiarity in leveraging innovations across finance, technology, and policy to address nature, climate, and developmental challenges, accelerating food and land-use systems' economic, social, and environmental sustainability.
He is talented in deploying holistic interventions to transform agro-food and land-use systems for climate and biodiversity incentivizing systemic change, scaling up, promoting, and advocating for the shift into a new food and land use economy that ensures environmental stewardship, healthy nourishment, and social equity.
