As an accomplished food scientist and technology with ten years of expertise in the academic and research innovation sphere, I have been recognized by Institute of Food Technologists (IFT) from USA, Malaysian Institute of Food Technology (MIFT) and Malaysia Board of Technologists (MBOT), where I collaborate with leading experts to drive technological innovation in food science. I am an active member of the ASEAN SAFE Network, where contributing to global efforts in food security and sustainability. My specialization lies in food biotechnology, particularly in the development of cutting-edge methods for detecting contamination in foods. My enduring commitment is centered on pioneering sustainable and equitable food solutions, benefiting both local communities and the environment. My present focus involves a transformative initiative aimed at harnessing agrowaste and seaweed's potential as a crucial food coating source, which serves as a response to critical global and local food security challenges.
