Delight food South Korea
I am Christopher Chen, a dedicated researcher with a strong academic background in Food and Nutritional Sciences. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition Science from Taipei Medical University and a Master’s degree in Food and Nutrition from Seoul National University. My studies have been centred around food chemistry, biochemistry, and analytical chemistry, with a particular focus on HPLC techniques, antioxidant capacity determination, and phenolic analysis.
During my academic career, I have gained valuable laboratory experience through internships at Taipei Medical University’s Lab of Cosmetic Study and Yonsei University’s Lab of Self-Assembled Nanomaterials, where I developed expertise in nanomaterials and bioassays. These experiences have nurtured my interest in interdisciplinary research, particularly in fields such as biochemistry, bionanoparticles, and drug delivery systems.
I am fluent in English, Mandarin, Korean, and German, and possess intermediate proficiency in Cantonese, French, Italian, and Spanish, which has enabled me to work in diverse, international research settings. My ultimate goal is to contribute to innovative scientific solutions that address pressing issues in the biomedical and food chemistry fields.
